Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about working with me, from process to pricing.

What services do you offer?
I provide a full spectrum of creative services including UI/UX design, web development (HTML/CSS, Tailwind, JavaScript), brand identity design, motion graphics, and creative consulting. Whether you need a complete brand overhaul or a stunning landing page, I've got you covered.
How does the design process work?
Every project starts with a discovery session to understand your goals, audience, and vision. Then I move into research and concept development, followed by design drafts and iterative feedback rounds. Once the design is approved, I build or finalize the assets and deliver everything on time.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary depending on scope. A branding package may take 4–6 weeks, a website design 3–8 weeks, and a motion graphics piece 1–3 weeks. I'll provide a detailed timeline during our initial consultation. Rush delivery is sometimes available for an additional fee.
What are your pricing and payment terms?
Every project is custom-quoted based on scope and complexity. I typically require a 50% deposit to start, with the remaining balance due upon completion and before final files are handed over. I accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe.
How many revisions do I get?
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds (typically 2–3) as outlined in the proposal. I believe in getting it right, so these rounds are thorough. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at my hourly rate.
Do you work with clients remotely?
Absolutely! I work with clients worldwide. Communication is handled via email, video calls (Zoom/Google Meet), and project management tools like Notion or Trello to keep everything transparent and organized.
Will I own the rights to the final work?
Yes. Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the final deliverables. I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing. Any preliminary concepts or unused drafts remain my property.
What if I'm not satisfied with the initial concepts?
I strive to understand your vision deeply before starting any design work. If the initial concepts miss the mark, we'll discuss what's working and what isn't, and I'll refine the direction. Open communication is key to a successful project.
